Scientists discover how to change the cement into 'Iron'

Researchers discover a formula to change the cement into 'iron'

CALIFORNIA - Scientists find formula to change semen into liquid iron. This method allows cement to be semi-conductor and open opportunities for the use of electronic devices. The use of these consumer electronic devices can be used for thin film materials, protective coatings as well as computer chips. "This new material can be used for many applications," said Chris Benmore, the Department of Energy's (DOE) Argonne National Laboratory USA.

He further said, this new formula can be used as thin film resistors for liquid crystal displays. This liquid crystal is commonly used for flat panel computer monitors that is used today.

These changes show a unique way to make metal-glass materials, which have positive attributes including more resistant to rust than traditional metal. Besides it, the fragility can also be reduced as well as the ease in processing and printing.

Previously, only metal that is able to transition to the glass-metal form. This cement using a process called electron devices.

"The phenomenon of electron trapping and change the liquid cement into liquid metal found recently, but can not be described in detail. Now, we know the conditions necessary to create the trapped electrons in the material. We can develop and test other materials to find out whether we can make them conduct electricity in this way, "he explained.
