TARC 96V, Electric Motors from Taiwan

TARC 96V, Electric Motors from Taiwan
F: TARC 96 Electric Bike (Autoevolution)

Taipei - An organization that moves in the fields of automotive, Taiwan Automotive Research Consortium (TARC) is proud to introduce the electric motor his design. This motor was developed to prove the feasibility of an electric means of transportation using local components.

Electric motor nicknamed this TARC 96V, was developed and built entirely using local components. Machines used 100 percent of MIT (Made in Taiwan) aka domestically-made original.

Powered motor this 96V is supported by Stoba battery are made in Taiwan. This battery is capable of storing energy 180Wh/kg, unlike LifePO4 battery that only capable of storing energy 110Wh.

Motor machine that uses this Kymco chassis is capable of generating power up to 15 kW. Acceleration equaled with acceleration motors 750 cc, with the power of mileage to 70 miles. While the maximum speed reached 120 km / hour.

Further, TARC continues to develop the creation of electric motors. Currently there are at least 20 machines being tested and the data continue to be collected.
