10 Military Robots for Future which is Full with Sophistication

Robot with high-tech, many developed by the military. Especially the U.S. military that is already several times exhibiting sophisticated robots.

Defense Advanced Research Project Agency (DARPA) as part of U.S. defense agency, many responsible for making robots for the military. Sometimes they sponsor other parties such as universities to create a robot with sophisticated capabilities.

Here are some projects of robots for the future that are being developed by military in the U.S., among others:

1. SAFFiR

DARPA commissioned a team of academics from universities Virginia Tech to develop a robot firefighter with the nickname Saffir (Autonomous Shipboard Firefighting Robot). This robot is able to walk and climb with seamless.

Saffir is also equipped with various sensors to detect fire and danger, as well as the camera. He can be operated long-distance via the remote control.

Trucks with intangible of pugnacious this, can operate autonomously. It was developed by a company called Oskhosh. TerraMax is designed can carry various equipment until the monitoring from remote regions.

10. Robojelly

Scientists at the University of Texas and Virginia Tech, create a robot named Robojelly which looks similar with the jellyfish. Not Yet is explained clearly whether its usefulness later, perhaps for reconnaissance activities.
